Dr. Kuo-Chiang Hsia
Kuo-Chiang graduated from Fu-Jen Catholic University with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1998. He obtained a master's degree in the Institute of Biochemistry And Molecular Biology at the National Yang-Ming Chiao-Tung University in 2000. He then received his Ph.D. in the Laboratory of Cell Biology in 2009 from Rockefeller University, mentored by Dr. Günter Blobel. He conducted his postdoctoral research at Rockefeller University under the guidance of Dr. Tarun Kapoor. Kuo-Chiang received a Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Scholar Award in 2012.
He joined the Institute of Molecular Biology, Academia Sinica, in 2015 as an assistant research fellow and became an associate research fellow in 2020. Kuo-Chiang is also an adjunct faculty member at the National Yang-Ming Chiao-Tung University.
